Include servers in City Hall

just a simple thing, add which server the hunt is taking place on in the title of the post. It helps people find the relevant hunt for them.

The servers are EU, US (2 most common) and other (for japan and unlisted)

My suggestion is to just add the server last in the title as an example: monst hunt (EU)

Rook already specifies doing so in the guidelines here, but I can see why this could serve as a helpful reminder, far too often the server zone is overlooked by posters in a City Hall topic as it isn't specified in an obvious way all the time.
