| If I remember correctly (normally when I say that, I'm wrong, so if anyone can confirm/deny it, do so), the sellers in Loc Lac have an eleven day cycle, so one or two days in eleven days, the pipsqueak should be selling Thunderbugs. Which can be expensive to buy in quantity, but if it coincides with the Festival of Fear, they'll be on discount.
