Question involving High Rank Armor

I'm currently using the Narga S gemmed to give me SSI (and Map; planning to get High Speed Gather or something else). While Evade Distance Up is extremely useful, I'm questioning the armor itself since I'm nearing HR6 (currently HR5). My question is would the Dragon S armor (high rank black fatalis) be useful until hopefully HR8?

For those interested, I'm a Longsword user; I've been using the Hidden Saber as it's the best one I have for now.

Sorry but no. Fatalis armor is not a good type of armor. It gives you demonic protection and a lower critical hit ratio. it does more harm than good. defense is good at first but will quickly fall behind as you rank up
