| I'm trying to connect my PSP and PSVita to play MHFU with a friend but I am having issues meeting in the Guild Hall.
I can connect both systems and I see both players in the Guild Hall in the player list but the other players character model is invisible most of the time on the PSP. Also, when I did connect once or twice without being invisible I tried to start a quest and have the other player join it via the board and it always just says the other player left or the quest is not available.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Shuino
**SOLVED**
Well I finally fixed my issue. I ended up making a Pandora Battery and booting into DCv8 then going to IDStorage. Once in IDStorage I set my region to America and ran the Fix MAC Address. I did all of this on a PSP 1001 running 6.60 me 1.8.
Just a note I sent a message to Sony support and the reply they have me was you cannot ad-hoc a PSP and a PS Vita together. I'm so glad Nintendo is getting all the MH goodness now I'm never buying a Sony product again.

| Maybe SONY is just trolling by making you buy another Vita or PSP. | |

Any idea if I could download and iso of MHFU and play it on the PSP that would work with the download on Vita by chance?

Well I have found 3 other different ISO sizes, I guess I will report back if I found anything out. **EDIT** Well tried 3 other ISO files and still none seem to work and have the same issue. I also tired an EUR ISO of the game which didn't connect together at all also. I have no idea what is causing the issue here... :-(

| HACKING AND OTHER TALK OF MODIFICATIONS
Due to the overwhelming amount of recent posts on these topics forum policies on this situation need to be defined more clearly. Due to legal reasons the explanation, use, links to, promotion of and descriptions of hacks cannot be posted within these forums. Honestly I am not hacking, I do own the original UMD disc and purchased a copy on the Playstation store for my Vita. My PSP has been homebrewed for years and I recently just turned it back on trying to get these two games working together. I mean if you really must close the topic go ahead.

I didn't think I could download the MHFU from the playstore to my PSP and my Vita but it looks like I can. I will be highly mind boggled if it doesn't work doing this. **EDIT** Well mind = blown it still doesn't work god I hate Sony....

Please don't close the thread as others with this issue may stumble across it. Nothing in my fix above has anything to do with piracy. Thanks again everyone who pitched in.
