I hate helping newbies...

First topic message reminder :

Ok, I hate helping newbies.

So I was helping this guy who wanted to finish his Jaggi armour and I was like "Ok" and we did a great jaggi, but guess what? He wanted to bomb the dam thing! So he ended up dying 3 times before I could kill the Great Jaggi! That sucked.

Next: Agnaktor

Apparently bringing a wyvern blade fire is good for an Agnaktor fight, so is Peco armour apparently. Triple carted.

Next: Qurupeco+

I don't like to play with bad noobs either, but sometimes there's good or nice ones, willing to learn, I don't mind help them.
I don't like to play with super elitists either, those who consider you a bad player if you don't use the equipment they want and do what they want to kill the monster in the time they want. Those are actually worse than noobs IMO.

I'm gonna have to agree with andrea that elitist are the worse of 2 evils. At least noobletts just don't know and have room for improvement. an elitist can just ruins the whole game experience in general.

No, Laz, those are called dumbshits. And usually all you have to do with those morons, is offer them a real challenge, manipulate them into accepting, and then stand back and watch them fail. They usually rage-quit in said case.

That's the only thing that I really enjoy about idiots, it's terribly easy to get inside their heads. Newbs I don't mind at all. They are usually an opportunity to craft a very skilled hunter. (As alot of the OG vets around here did for me when I was green to MH)

Elitists also have a large vocabulary of swears for when things don't go perfect.
Had a guy who didn't get binder on a Jhen quest and MAN was he pissed.

Then you got the guys who hate on you for not getting what they deem as appropriate gear.
And the guys who self proclaim being the best and having the best equipment.

Used to get a lot of people defending their superiority with their Hunter Rank, but those guys seem to have died out...

Let me revise my whole thoughts.

I didn't ask help for every monster, but asking for help with a quest is ok.

What I was trying to point out in this thread was I'm getting pissed with dumbshits and elitists. As I said, the ones who listen and are willing to learn and become good hunters, I don't mind. As I said, it's the ones who think they know everything when really they're doing the total opposite of what they're supposed to be doing.
