If Capcom didn't make the reviewers sign an agreement where they weren't allowed to sell that copy, then I do not see what is so wrong about it.

It is just a single disk, and honestly, I am a bit scheptical that it is the real deal for such a small amount of money.

If I am reading something wrong, please correct me. I were the reviewer and I would sell that disk for $300+... :-P

"Review and Demo disks" the ones used at game store and events are often very limited and water downed versions of the games and little more that what you get from the eshop download (depending on the company). This one looks like the demo disk I believe.

No, you did nothing wrong and didn't need to sensor it. You never posted any actual links. I knew about this auction before you posted it. Just surprised you missed the 3DS one the same seller had going also.

I don't think either copy was sold and he was "asked" to remove them from suction.
