| i have to be HR5 to get the other deviants? that could explain it. Im HR3, but im at Village 6, almost done with offline finally so i can start focusing on online and getting into high rank stuff, then maybe start branching out my gear and weapon selection lol | |

| The HR5 Hunt-a-thons were painful, but I finally beat them.
I also unlocked the 6 star Hyper monster quests today. They are definitely more challenging than the regular monsters.

| Did all available solo quests... Since I am HR1, no other quest unlock at 6 stars. And here I thought I could get HR armor and weapons through solo play.
Guess its time to do guild quests and rank up.

| dang how could you run out of space? ive never even come close to that issue in any mh lol
and seph, i thought the same, apparently we cant, this mh has defo cut back the ranks stuff, which i dont mind, i always felt having 3 different rank fields felt a lil excessive and divided players a bit more, but as long as it's all still fun, im good lol

| It feels similar to Tri. Where offline is only LR. At least in this game there is some HR stuff in Village, if you unlocked it in Hub. Also the fact that Hub is also available Offline as well. Unlike Tri, where connection to servers was mandatory for HR stuff ): | |

| I ran several HR7 quests, despite being HR6. I even did a 3-man Rajang/Deviljho run with no real issues.
I can't find anyone posting Hyper Gammoth, though.

| i thought deviants were bad, but now im seeing signs of something called Hyper monsters? im getting worried here, ima hit a skill wall again arent i? x.x
in other news, me and the bf finally hit High Rank, since we're in high rank, or me especially ,decided to finalyl try to branch out from my entire run of jsut swax and narga armor, and so far, not too much appealing, especially armor wise lol but at least i can start dawdling into other weapons, wanted to do bowgun, but i cannot find a good gunner armor to get me going. Kinda wishing i could my tanky heavy BG like i did in tri, guard boost, guard up, constitution, and some recoil down, so i can mount up, and unload hell without worrying so much about having to avoid every single lil attac or die, just go all tank mode lol but, according to Athena ASS program, not possible D:

| I just had the oddest end to a Zinogre hunt.
We were in the Frozen Seaways. The Zinogre limped away into area 3. He was at the south end when I entered. I set up a trap near the north end. The Zinogre turned, and slowly did his taunt walk all the way across the area, straight into my trap. He just gave up.

| hm, oddly enough i dont feel ive hunted glavenous all that much like you others seem to say, not anymore than just about any other monster. Seems like every monster you fight, there is a few village requests and extra quests all also wanting you to hunt that same monster, get's repetitive x.x
Took down Dreadqueen finally. First few hunts was a flop thanks to other hunters, but eventually found a group that could win, then the next 3 hunts of each of the next 3 ranks was pretty much flawless victories. Hit that roadblock of HR5 for rank 4 though, and here i thought id finally get a deviant skill unlocked, guess ill just go try snowbaron, since i still have that armor and can do it's rank 4 lol

| same here, his fire weapon isn't that spectacular so i didnt rly fight him much after lvl 10 on the deviant weapon. his sets aren't really appealing although i feel like making hellblade for an ez sharpness+2 set so i can use barbarian blade for the lulz
speaking of which i finally got 5 ancient fish to upgrade it but need a sapphire. tried fighting lagiacrus on striker n there was too much electricity errywhere... adept mode is way easier U_U

| Redhelm 8 is obscenely difficult. A Redhelm and a Zinogre in the Tower area? They are too aggressive, and switch targets easily, so a distraction does not work.
I had to solo Silverwind Nargacuga 2 because I had a difficult tine finding a team, and once we did get a 3 man team, we kept accidentally killing him...

I have yet to even unlock most of the deviants
