Guild urgent: Tigrex. armor sugestions.

What armor would be usefull to an LS user fighting the Tigrex? BTW, if there are any higher ranked hunters in the Bayfield, CO area help would be appreciated.

Low-rank high-rank?
If its the HR3 urgent,get some armour with either high defense or Quick eating.Quick eating isnt necessary,but judging how fast tigrex can go,its pretty dangerous to gulp a potion in rage mode.
High defense is needed unless you wish to die in 3-4 hits.
Oddly enough,i did my hr3 tigrex with Low-rank tigrex armour O_O
Land of Tremors
Get a whole bunch of flash bombs,1 shock,1 pitfall and materials to make shock trap.
And potions.They hit hard,but i believe like in most quests with 2 of the same monsters,hp has been dropped.First tigrex appears in area 1,hence the pitfall.
And blast the first tigrex with flash.After he is down,go find the second one.If you have some flash left,good,use it!When you are out,place the traps down.Save one trap for capture if you want.Then,fight him with skill.The flashes just make it faster.Oh yes,Backhop or Fade slash is your best friend against tigrex.

Remember to bring your Eager Cleaver and you should be just fine.

Eager cleaver is your best bet unless you are willing to switch weps.

use ceanataur armor. upgrade till your defence is about 55 apeice. eventualy get tigrex armor. very useful at tracking monsters.
