Village quest's Jhen Mohran unlocking prob

I went to wiki and found out that I've got to hunt Gigginox subspecies to unlock Jhen Mohran, and when I did the quest is nowhere to be found, and I tried to clear all the key quests too, it remains the same /no/
If anyone out there had unlocked Jhen Mohran successfully then please show me the exact steps that you did, thank you very much /versad/

i really dont have a clue how i unlocked the quest, i didint even noticed i had the quest untill last week.

try some japanese wikis they usally have everything.
defently helps with the g-rank quests at the bay.

You have to submit certain materials to village in order to build the boat for that quest

You need to submit:

雌火竜の堅殻*2
土砂竜の堅甲*2
カブレライト鉱石*10
and 2000pt

After that you will find a new quest in *7
