Me and my buddy xslicer (and perhaps my bf as well) just started to play Homm3 anew. We've gone through pretty much all good maps there is and many custom maps too. But what we are sorely lacking is some awesome teamplays. Can't make awesome teams with comps, comps suck. /no/ And it's getting kinda boring taking down comps all the time. Anyone interested?

I've talked about this game in the chatbox a bit (read: a lot), and I've said a lot of good things about it. It is a great game. I would easily have been able to sink as many hours into it as I have in Tri and Oblivion; the combat is fun, there are at least four gigantic zones and you can explore every nook and cranny of them and the game gives you four characters with very different combat styles to do so with.

But right now I can't even beat the game.

On my first play through, I got to 75% plot completion and my 360 started freezing when I tried to load my file. It sucked...

Not sure if much of you have been paying attention to this lately, but recently quite a few game developers have started having "online passes" implemented into games.
Basically, what it is is a code that comes with a new purchase of the game. Entering it in the game unlocks features such as multiplayer, etc. Devs have started to put this into games and Sony have even stated that they will be implementing it for all future first-party games released for their systems.

I just bought a PS3 earlier today (yay XD)
Was really excited to play it too..and for a while it worked fine..
UNTIL after i decided to turn it off and play later. Now my PS3 freezes whenever I try to play either of my two games:
Assassins Creed: Brotherhood
Fallen Angel Sacred 2

The freezing has gotten so bad i cant even get to title screen of the games anymore /versad/
I havent bumped or dropped it, and the people at the Game store said it worked fine too...
So did i break my PS3 on the 1st day i had it? /sad/

For those of you who didnt know this, as of september 28th (i think) The legend of zelda four swords is available to download for free on the 3DS eshop and the dsi shop. There was some confusion that this was a part of the ambassador program, but that (i believe) was minish cap.
And im telling you this out of fact, not rumor, as im playing it right now on my dsi.

This happens mainly to large franchises when they get bored. Two examples are the...well known Metroid Other M and Trauma Team, the latter being Atlus' amazing decision to remove all the familiar characters and the most unique part of Truama Center, the Guilt/Stigma and replace everything with cardboard cutouts of anime whoaretheys.

Anyone here play roguelikes? I got into them recently through Nethack. There aren't many roguelike players, and the whole genre could use some love.

I play mostly Nethack, with a bit of Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup mixed in. I want to play ADOM, but I don't have a numpad, and it doesn't support HJKL. Arrow keys suck.

Does anyone play "Forsaken World"? It's almost identical to WoW, without the Alliance/Horde system, which kinda sucks, cause I always thought that was cool. But it's free to play, and you can download it right on Steam. As far as I know, they don't have a "Payment" thing that gives extras, but who cares. This game is seriously fun, and I would love to know if anyone plays it. ^^
