Prioratizing Alatereon/jho skills

I just made Ivory Laggi my biznotch, and am now onto Jho and soon Alatereon.

In MhTri i was hour 28 before they closed the servers making me not able to fight jho, so i have little to no exp with him or ala. I have been watching videos on both and they seem to deal absurd amounts of damage, which bringz me to my question. Should I stack Dragon element up? I would like to deal a consistent amount of either elemental or slime dmg also. So what would the community recommend for a first time jho and ala weapons and armor sets?

Worry more about mark of the hero.

Stay under jho at all times and you're pretty much safe besides that random stomp.

Dragon Resistance only matters for his dragon breath, which you should be able to avoid. Everything else he does just deals raw damage.

Jho is a sucker for trap meat (para/slp/psn meat).

The rest depends on the weapon you want to use.

Mark of the hero is definitely tougher than ala or jho, imo.

Jho is easy, pretty much everything he throw at you is rollable.
