I'm thinking that Steven Stone will have a big part with Mega Stones, you know how he is with collecting Rare Stones.
I believe the 2 other starters will have Megas, Steven's Metagross will, you get Metagross' mega stone with the Beldum you get at Stevens House.
I also believe that Maxie will have Mega-Camerupt and Archie will have Mega-Sharpedo.

My opinion is that the Mega Stones of Groudon and Kyogre (assuming they do get megas) will be the stones we collected at Mt Pyre. It ends up turning to be Mega Stones all along! :D

Tbh I find ruby and sapphire a bit overrated not bad just overrated kinda like gen 1. Gen 1 is the base for all games in the series to come Gen 3 specifically ruby and sapphire gave us all we have now at least in terms of the meta other games just improved on what it added. The cast to me is the most underwhelming of the games I played -still needs to play x and y(sad)-

^ Gen 3 was my least favourite of all the generations too(except probably 6, not feeling this gen) but I reckon it could probably stand to benefit the most from a remake; especially one in 3D with 60fps

I agree there it does need the love and it's the natural order. My favorite gen by far is 4th cast wise from the little I saw of 5th that would have come a close second had the pokemom designs not turned me off. Some are cool most I'm indifferent to and the rest make me go meh. 4th really had complaints about a handful the rest I genuinely loved the designs

I just like Hoenn's landscapes. Makes it feel more to nature cuz of the designs. Since I'm more of a competitive battler, I just like having my "Main" game to have nice towns and visuals, because I would be going back and forth to certain places to make battle mons.

Apparently Nintendo recently filed a new trademark called "Delta Emerald". it might mean they want to make a third game, but they also might only want to have some more options in their backhand.

there has been no announcement and they have filed several pokemon trademarks without making a game out of them, so don't get your hopes up too soon. thought some of you'd find it interesting

You don't seem to know about Lumiose City's central plaza, it's very helpful for hatching eggs.

Get on a bike, put coin or folded paper under the analogue stick, hatch eggs while you eat/watch TV/do work etc.
Obviously remember to check back every now and again, or you'll just stay on the "Oh!" screen from when the egg starts hatching.

Sounds like mine, too, along with Lumiose for two of the cafes there and the egg hatching technique NVQ's talking about.

You can get other people's bases into your game through wireless or QR codes, meaning you can have a ton of bases scattered about. Also sounds like they're mixing black/white 2s' friend street or whatever with it, with the people not just battling, but also being able to hatch eggs faster, leveling pokemon, etc.

So glad to see bases are back and being able to get other people's bases and face them, but this all just makes it all the better...
Being able to use QR codes for it will really help this out. Won't be stuck with just the people you know who have the game, but now it's just finding or asking for a QR code and using it.
I didn't play B/W 2, but that does sound interesting. It's all going to be something to look forward to when the game comes out

So far half of my guessing is right, starters have megas and there is a Mega Metagross.
The Camerupt and Sharpedo megas are highly expected but not confirmed yet.
If that image showing the silhouettes of potential mega evolvers is real, I can't wait to see what some of them look like, especially Flygon, Zangoose and Salamence.
