i'm pretty sure that there are about five threads already in existnce covering this topic. also this topic would fit better in the general MH discussion, section ;)
but back on topic:
if i had to choose a single weapon as my favourite i'd say G-Blade from MHFU. It just looks so awesome and you get it from defeting the G-Rank Akantor (download quest). | |

Easiest overall: Lance
Lance, with evade is just too OP. You are always in front of the monster, and it can't do jack-squat about it. | |
