Well, you can upgrade them into the Narga weapons later on (without the use of a Brain Stem), so go for it if you want a good High Rank weapon with great affinity and sharpness (the Narga ones). | |

Well, you can upgrade them into the Narga weapons later on (without the use of a Brain Stem), so go for it if you want a good High Rank weapon with great affinity and sharpness (the Narga ones). Hm... well, I'm still barely on 5 star quests. I'm not very good, you see, so it will be a while before I even get to Narga. Thanks for the reply. | |

| Yes tiggy weapons are worth it in low rank it goes like this
Low rank - Tigrex = beastly due to high sharpness. Negative affinity still gives it's blue sharpness an edge over other low rank weaps
High rank- Narga since it has high affinity and the raw difference between upgraded tigrex and narga isnt huge enough to make up for an 80% affinity difference
G Rank- Go with Tigrex weapons the raw difference is so huge that a negative crit from a tigrex weapon vs a crit with a narga weapon means tigrex loses by a tiny margin.......But thats only in worst case scenario if tigrex doesnt negative crit it always outdamages narga | |

| Hmm... more apropos; are the Tigrix dual swords worth it? With their higher attack ratio, one would wonder if the negative affinity would affect them more than other Tigrix weapons. | |
