Personally, I'd swap a Cryogonal for Beartic, but I guess it's just personaly preference. ;)
Other than that, good team. It has a nice mix of types and some really good pokemon of those types.

do what matt said and umm add a volcarona to replace bisharp if you want a strong fire pkm.

Haxorus
Krookodile
Meinshao
Escavalier

Is this for competitive or in-game? If it's competitive, you can't afford to restrict yourself to one region's pokemon. That revised team looks pretty good though, don't know how well it'd fair in a standard OU environment, and I'm not sure how viable Lapras is. (as I don't really know it's stats or capabilities)

You have no coverage for a fighting type...
Lapras and krookodile share a fighting type weakness. You may want to cover that. Or have a pokemon with a moveset that can counter that type.
I havent played this game in a while...so I may be wrong.

Chandelure can switch in on Fighting moves, and hit back with a Will-O-Wisp to cripple them, though it would be a good thing to see more physical bulk on there.
