Dual Blades: Mass Attack Armor Set?

I made a topic like this about a year ago for bows, and now I've come back for your opinion on dual blades. I already have a reasonable armor for dual blades, but I'd like to dedicate myself to the narga dual blades now, since I think they look amazing. I came up with this set on the armor set search:
Kaiser Crown X
Blango Mail Z
Kaiser Vambraces X
Diablo Coil Z
Diablo Greaves Z

Gemmed correctly, this gives me critical eye +1 (60% affinity on the Ebony Wings), Attack Boost Large, and Sharp Sword.

Can anyone else think of a better all-out attack set for raw power dual blades? I'm not too satisfied with this, and any help is appreciated. Thankies :D

i think for dual swords crit eye+3 and another skill instead of attack up would be better sense they hit so much so mabe something like crit eye+ 3, razor sharp, and sharpening skill increase? (i tried but your probly not gonna be satisfied with this xD)

Thanks, but I'm really looking for an offensive set, so taking away attack and adding sharpening skills doesn't really make sense.

Sharpness greatly affects strength... white-purple sharpness is better than attack up large in terms of damage increase as far as i know. purple increases damage by 1.5 i think,a nd thats per attack. keeping your sharpness up is more important than you might think

I think crit eye+3 and one of the sharpening skills would likely be your best choice.

the number of hits doesn't affect the usefulness of critical eye in any way. if anything, it will only make the actual number of critical hits closer to the expected average wich will probably reduce the impact of the skill on the hunt rather than increase it.

If you're going for all out power, purple sharpness (1.5* more damager per hit) and critical eye+3 (1.25* attack when affected, which is about 80% of hits due to narga weapons' base affinity).

With they way things are stacked, this would equal out to about 1.875* normal damage when at max sharpness and get a crit. That's almost double the damage!

ATK up large only adds 20 attack, which is miniscule compared to the above :P

Heres some maths:

Formula: [ATP *TYPE*Sharpness*Affinity*HITZONE*DEFENSE*RAGE*VAR] / [Weapon Divisor]

Normal attack combo (triangle combo) with yellow sharpness (1* sharpness damage multiplier) (ebony wings at green sharpness) on a low rank plesioth's belly (100% cutting damage, no loss)

336*0.72*1*1*1/1.4= 172 damage

With purple sharpness:

336*0.72*1.5*1*1/1.4= 259 damage

Now, with affinity and purple sharpness

336*0.72*1.5*1.25*1*1/1.4= 324 damage (be warned that this wouldn't happen all the time, as every attack only has an 80% chance of a crit with the +3 skill)

and finally, atk up large and purple sharpness

356*0.72*1.5*1*1/1.4= 274 damage

All damage was rounded down, as I've heard the game does.

As you can see, the affinity and purple sharpness does the most damage. With crit+3, this ideal damage would be far more common. Trading in the 20% affinity ensures you will almost never get that damage, and instead do only about 20 more damage than without any skills at all.

Ooh, right. I think I see. So what then, I can manage RA+3, Speed sharpening, and sharp sword, does that sound better?

All g rank stuff, and rather hard to get by the looks of it. theres a ton of other armor combos for that skill set, but this is the one with the highest defence.

sound about right to me lol. i just added speed sharpening to replace attack up s cause attack up s doesnt help very much at all and dual swords lose sharpness pretty fast

Ok, so what materials would I need to make that set? I have some Teo stuff left over from when I made the bow.

Update: Got the set, I only needed a total of 4 special remobra skins to get it (leftover mats ftw!) I'm yet to try it out, since me and my friend are hunting a G rank white fatalis atm, and I'd rather stick to my bows for that.
