| It's the weirdest thing, when I first unlocked agna offline I killed him no problem, only got hit once or twice, but now that im HR 200+ he suddenly just rips me to shreds and i cant figure it out since I used to be so damn good at fighting him. | |

Least of all? That asshat of a leviathan Arcnaktor. Seriously, he is a big enough pain on fire. Can you imagine the arena quests? "Frozen Flame Snakes!" "Blazing Cold Leviathans!"

Bouncing blades: The game Sounds like a job for bowguns & Mind's Eye. I never had a lot of success with switch axe on Urugaan... too tall, turns so fast, fickle attention span (won't maul single players, tends to spread attention evenly), uber slow sheath + huge hitbox = ow. I think it's easier to switch axe Barioth than Urugaan.

My favorite monster right now would be the stygian Zinogre. It just looks so darn badass!^^

| Truth of the matter. I am eager to face them all. These are some monsters i've never faced because I originally started on Tri. So this is a big step forward for me. And I can't wait to put my skills to the test and work my way to top. :3
It's the journey that is the real fun. Not the destination.

| Well, personally, I'd quite like to fight all of them. Then I'll decide which ones I hate.
I'm putting bets on plesioth being quite nasty. I'm also quite bad against rathalos, so I imagine both of his subspecies will cause me a hell of a lot of trouble. Although strangely, I never really had much trouble with rathian.
I suppose all I can do now is wait for the game to come out...

| Well if its anything like monster hunter Tri in terms of progression, I will probably suggest politely that Barroth can go to hell. That is to say I solely used switch axes (I mean while I did mess around with LS and bowgun, I never used them for farming) and yeah, I only had the bone axe when fighting him.
Did I mention I ended up farming him for materials for his switch axe? Yeah. With the bone axe. I hope I can get a gunlance with green sharpness before fighting him here. ughhh.

I'm pretty sure that the monster targeting feature will make the cloaking ability completely obsolete. :> Depends... It only targets behind the monster when you click on it and does not stayed locked on... So unless you are constantly using the lock on, which will also leave you open for attacks, the cloaking will still have some effect... So while it may help some I don't see the targetting feature making the cloaking "completely" useless... One thing I do see though is that using the targeting button will be more difficult for those who use the SPP also... So speaking on the targetting feature I think it will offer an advantage to those who chose not to use the SPP on the 3DS on battles such as the Moonlight Marga...
