| - Spoiler:
This information was posted and translated by: Hobby, a member of Neogaf. - Controllers supported are "Wii remote + classic controller pro" (I'm not sure if this means it supports both or the CCpro hooked up to the Wii remote), gamepad (duh), and pro controller - Some work has been done to the graphics outside of just the 1080p upres - Can move the position of the gamepad screen's panel to the left, right, or middle of the screen. Doesn't look like it takes up the full screen on the gamepad - Like the 3DS ver. of MH3G, you can customize the bottom screen's panel - The online is split up into 3 different segments: Areas, lobbies, then ports. Areas (2000 players max) are split up into different types. Ex. G rank, high rank, new players, free play, seeking others, etc. Lobbies (100 players max) populate these areas. You can make, or join a port (4 players presumably) once you enter a lobby. - Lobby menu shows: Make a port, join a port, search for a port, change world, change lobby, friend list, short message (PMs?), chat log, close - Looks like there's lobby chat - Can chat using preset messages or write your own - All of the download quests from MH3G 3DS will be included in MH3G HD - Kayamba and ChaCha show up during the save data transfer between Wii U and 3DS ---------------------------- So that's from Famitsu and what we now know about MH3U for the WiiU.

| The wiimote/nun chuck thing is still a bit unclear. I think that is due to translation though. | |

| And the gamepad annoys the hell out of me with the black shit on the screen... Would it have killed them to fill the gamepad? :/
Well the Wii U version does look pretty nice, and I didn't expect too much out of a port of the 3DS game.

| I'm happy with the 3DS version, the only reason I'm getting the Wii U version is just for the online and the fact that it's a Wii U game, but the graphics do go beyond my expectation (for both 3DS and Wii U) | |

| They only showed 4 people online in a port. Le sad.
Maybe we can see 100 (and interact with!) players in the lobby though! Fingers crossed.

| Weird, is that in some sort of lobby? It looks like part of the title screen. Multiplayer title screens? Amazing stuff. | |

| This will be my first WiiU game. Bring it.
March is a long wait. Hopefully America stays out of economic free fall and war long enough... the rest of the world too, for that matter.

| Wow WiiU one looks amazing, you can easily see the differences between 3DS and WiiU, the 3DS textures (Note the side of the stone stairs) is a bit blurred compared to the same stairs on WiiU and the 3DS has those "Jagged edges" whereas the WiiU doesn't (Easier to see on the giant bone spine-y... thing... yeah i ran out of words.) | |

I don't think it is a coincidence that it is unclear dual swords are one of the more complicated weapons to use and tri had them left out I think they figured it was too hard to work it in the wiimote/nunchuk control scheme. This is just my speculation I could be wrong but it seems too convenient that it is the only contril type that is unclear

There are still people that can do the Hack-'N-Slash on wiimotes but it's still possible to do. and by now they no doubt would've figured out some demographic the D. Swords could function with if the wiimotes, if they are still making an appearance that is.

| Going back the orginal post the pad and pro pad along with wiimote with classic controller pro were all namdd I know it is a rough translation but still seems a little too convenient considering all twelve weapon types are included in this installment. As I said it is just my speculation and I can be totally wrong. | |

Well, Tanija Port was designed for 4-people parties... Wouldn't be surprised if the Wii U version only had that many at a time, but would also be a bit disappointed. EDIT: wait nevermind, Tanija port has plenty of room for 8 players... Just realised there's 4 additional seats up the stairs beside the bar for eating today. So yeah, I'll just be disappointed if there isn't 8-person cities now.

| It has been said the actual hunts are still 4 people as always but the ports will most likely be 8 people in both Japan and US. A person will start a quest and once 3 more people join the quest will automatically start. So 2 different people can start a quest and have them going. From what's been said so far. | |
