2nd new weapon teased in famitsu... A Trident? *scan up*

A silhouette image of what appears to be some form of a trident was shown in the new Famitsu.
No other details were mentioned except that the full reveal of the weapon will be in the 12/13/2012 issue.

Totally disappointed its not a whip btw, but i wonder how its attacks will differ from that of a lance.

All the old weapons, including the switch axe, have already been announced for this game. What ever this is, it's suppose to be completely new.

I thought of a hammer when I first saw it. I'm really wondering what it is though, I love new weapons! Let's hope it has another cool feature like the bug weapon does /yes/

My guesses :
- A greatsword like weapon that van turn into a shield and you can bash things with it
- An axe. Just axe , no switches.
- A fan like weapon. Like the ones that for SOME INEXPLICABLE REASON they use as weapons in some anime.

judging from the guys posture it's a big weapon...too bad...
