Download times

How long will it take for mh3u to download? This is the deciding factor between retail or download for me.

i wouldn't be sure as the game isn't released yet. i'd try looking up if anyone that has imported the game knows. and seeing how its a large game i would guess maybe 20min? again thats a guess. you can always get the hard copy and install it to the wiiu itself.

It really depends on you internet service more than anything. How good is your service?

I'm between 512 Kbps and 1.024 Mbps so my download time is about ~20 hours.

Remember the 3DS version is about ~1.5GB so it will take about ~6 hours to download at the same rate.

Thanks for the info. Last question, can I be slowed down by nintendos end? AKA distance and other people downloading MH at the same time?

You have a 100 mb/s download speed???

Somehow I seriously doubt that.

I'm sure Nintendo have lots of dedicated servers to host the download of Monster Hunter Ultimate considering it's one of their largest available games. If not I can see a lot of angry hunters unable to get the game!
