lucent narga

What is a good weapon to fight lucent narga with

I would suggest whatever your comfortable with. I find him extremely easy with a swaxe. The negate poison skill also helps a lot in that it completely rids the need to sheathe your weapon-->pop antidote-->eat healing aid. Which I see a lot of people online getting trampled while in the eating animation. Earplugs also help if your not good as evading roars, especially because his has some range. You also only need standard earplugs to block it. As for weapons, he's susceptible to ice. Slime works on everything, another decent choice. If none of the above, of course go for raw damage. What weapons are you most comfortable with?

Something with water or ice would be nice. Also watch our for his wide range poison spikes.

Use w/e you're comfortable with and use the brachy version of th weap.

Are you purposely giving him bad advice? Anything but the switchaxe part is absolutely worthless. And even then id recommend mizars asterism (which I assume you don't have).

Water gunlances suck. Same with ice. Not to mention lucents element weak points =/= his raw weak points hence why I recommend brachy weaps.

Your caedeus hbg advice was even worse. Lucent possesses two count em TWO shot weak points that are 40+ hitzones which are his tail tip and his tail. The tail tip takes more damage. Unless you're constantly spamming shocks and/or para then you'll have very very few opportunities to hit either. This isn't Ivory with an easily accessed tail.

I actually do have Mizars Asterism. That was just a dick move. The Plessy GL may not be the best but its better than the brachy weps. Calm your tits and be a bit less of an asshole when giving advice.

Plessy gl better than brachy? It looks like total shit in comparison.

They have same raw and sharpness and charge type BUT Lucent narga takes next to nothing from water. Ice gunlances aren't recommended since your two options suck.

Also mizars asterism > caedeed on Lucent by a massive margin.
