| In Monster Hunter Tri I was a gladiator amongst gladiators. The thing I loved most about it was my beautiful Arena armor. I looked like a Spanish Musketeer and all knew the second they saw the armor that I grinded the crap out of arena for it. As horrible as it sounds, it was almost a status thing. Respect for the arena man. Honestly, I miss it. Is there still an arena armor set in MH3U? I looked in the wiki and couldn't find anything talking about it, but maybe no one entered anything about it yet because 9 out of 10 hunters (probably even more) don't really do arena. So I was just wondering if any of you knew for sure if there was a set or sets in MH3U and what their recipes are. Thanks for any info on the matter | |

| There are still multiple arena armour sets, such as guild bard, ranger, strider etc. They are made from arena coins and a monster part. | |

| A lot of people do Arena actually. It offers said armors above: Guild Bard, Ranger, Strider All need coins from the Arena. Also the Barrage Piercing (Load Up) and Sword Saint Piercing (Mind's Eye) can be unlocked. | |

| Also it is part of several awards, so another reason to grind arena. | |

| But it should probably be mentioned that they are all pretty bad armor sets save for strider which has a few decent pieces that can be used in mix sets. | |

Yeah, it's depressing how much better Guild Bard was in Tri, and it's still a boring grindfest to get. /pokr/ Guild Bard's my favourite set in all of MH, too! goddammit | |
