So I was recently informed that you can win the Victorious Elise skin if you are in a gold division team, other than your solo/duo queue (not sure if it's true or not). If there are any players here and know about it, I'd like to hear your opinion.

More importantly, if it's true, I need some team members to complete a team. I think if you win 4 out of the first 5 games you're immediately put in gold tier, so if you are in EU nordic and east, level 30 and looking for a team post below till the end of October!
