Anything related to Nintendo has the worst that's for sure. They just make things overly complicated.

I think WoW got the best online service since it is easy to get a hold of a GM if you should run into some problems regarding the game.

Wizards 101 is up there too. The games not that complex so bugs are found and fixed much faster, and the servers are almost never down, not even for 'maintenance'.

Eve online.

Example? They had a vote where all players can participate for what issues should be adressed the soonest in the game about a week ago. They release 3 expansions every year. You can contact support within 5 minutes of sending out a help request. They have a forum area where you can voice ideas for the game.

By the way, the issues discussed in that vote were all compiled by players.

Even when I got hacked and had my char deleted, they replied in less than a day and rollbacked my account, something that most other game companies would not do.
