That's why I don't play with anyone online except for forumers. Or friends if they are actually online (Or both).

Those are the hunters with the massive egos that prefer to lie and say they were never bad at the game and try to make themselves seem better than they really are... Still haven't been able to go online with 3U, but with Tri, those are the rooms I left; I'm not putting up with those high-and-mighty types. I prefer having fun with and assisting low ranks. I acknowledge that I was once one, too, and carted here and there -_-

You disagree with them, you're always wrong, because you haven't played as long as him/her. Guy says detonating bombs with GS swing while hitting Alatreon with GS is the best way. Tell him otherwise, he'll say his method's right, and say his HR lvl when you continue to disagree.(this was during Tri days).

Although it is an oh so great feeling when the person who says that faints twice and quits the quest. I will never get over that one guy telling me not to die in my Gobul Armour against Ala and then he died twice. xD

I will never get over that one guy telling me not to die in my Gobul Armour against Ala and then he died twice. xD Lol, that happened with one of my brothers once. This guy (not the host, to add) wouldn't stop telling everyone else not to die (annoying as all get-out), plus they were a considerably high rank, then they ended up carting, though it wasn't just once, nor twice, but thrice, so he ended up being the whole reason they lost, and ended up trying to defend himself with poor excuses when they were all back from the quest... No one would have any of it xD My brother and I found that so dang funny at the time, especially with how arrogant that guy was xD
As of last night, my youngest sibling needs Flutterflys (no big deal here) and another Rath Mantle to complete his Azure Los set... Debating the idea of just helping him up his current pieces through mining and then do quests to get him to Miralis without that helm. I'm just not up for how many Los it's going to take just to get that one Mantle :l

If he doesn't mind not getting the fencing skill, then he could substitute the Los Z helm with the Alloy S helm to get this set: http://mhag.info/mhtrig/viewset.htm?s=Unnamed%20Set%20:%20G.B.H.72.1.43.C.256.2.95.95.A.249.1.43.W.245.0.L.255.2.95.95It doesn't include a talisman since I don't know what talismans he has.

Thank you for the suggestion, however. I might talk to him about this alternative later I remember the days when I used to get armors with good resistances against the monster I was fighting. Now I use Jaggi armor and Jaggi S armor till I can get my Helios Z armor. :DResistances? What are those? Although, if you don't know the monster, then you'll want to do that. So never mind... D:

Yeah, this brother hasn't faced Miralis before, so he's going to have to worry about this, a lot, along with his raw defense ^^" If you used heavy bowguns, you could have always made a pierce set and pierced the Goldbeard Ceadeus to get him that armor too. It doesn't have fire resistance, but it has good defense. And the skills aren't bad either.

Tell him otherwise, he'll say his method's right, and say his HR lvl when you continue to disagree.(this was during Tri days). But.....but.......but that's technically the best way to detonate the bombs D: Maybe I should rephrase myself... It was (according to that HR guy) that it was the best method to obtain Alatreon skypiercer. But hitting Alatreon and waking him up cause the bomb explosion to miss(due to Alatreon getting up really fast).

| Why do I have more trouble taking down a single Qurupeco than I do taking down 2 Green Nargacugas? I need to make a fire bow, to max it out I need 6 Alluring Beaks, which means I'll have to break its face. But my Ice element bow is mainly Pierce shots, that is no good so now I'm gonna have to kill a bunch of Barioths to get the materials for a different Ice bow. What I really hate about Qurupecos is that they're at that difficulty curve where the monsters are still easy but their health makes them annoying to kill. I wish I had a good HBG with Pellet Shots, my Green Narga HBG can't even fire a level 1 pellet. | |

My job here is do.....wait peco isn't weakest to water. *Hands tom a barioth bow* i don't care if he isn't weakest to it. he is still pretty weak to it. also i'm too lazy to get the barrage earring (and also too uncomfortable with some weapon types to solo all of the arena). and even if it isn't the best choice cedeus bow works quite well on peco. I'm also not saying he shouldn't use barioth bow. just saying that spread works good to break pecos parts and as there is no spread ice bow (and cedeus bow has a lot more raw and elemental attack than the barrioth one*) cedeus bow is not a bad choice *Arcen Victrine raw: 312 water: 320 (cedeus) Amber Arc Valanga raw: 264 ice: 230 (barioth)

| The problem of helping someone with poor dodging, healing, and defensive skills get better armor, specifically Brachy, Miralis, and/or Pink Ian... Next time I play MH3U with my siblings who are still playing it, this is what I have to worry about with one of them while the other's improving nicely... | |
