So far this year capcom has not been the best at keeping it's word with fans or game companies... Aside from Sony anyways.
The long awaited and anticipated launche of Megaman Legends 3 for the 3DS... Has been cancled...
And in TRUE Capcom style, only a barly coharent explanation was given.
