Alatreon Help

First topic message reminder :

Um...I faced Ala last night with SkyScraper lance. I felt like an complete idiot because he was really fast and had a lot of power (Made it look like Jho was a plaything)

So I'm just really wanting to know what to use and bring.

I know he's weakest to Ice on Ground and Dragon when in Flight.
He looks to just as fast, if not less then, as Barioth. His attacks are powered up for sure.
I know to bring Flash bombs to get him out of flight. But I'm just wondering what do I need (Or need to get) so I don't look like an idiot on an Ala quest.
