| What armor should I wear if I carry a Red Bludgeon?
BTW, I currently wear full Volvidon Armor.
I am wondering because I am currently losing to Barioth, wearing Volvidon Armor and wielding a Red Bludgeon.

| Anyone knows if monsters in double G rank quests were nerfed or not? I need to complete 1 star G rank - barioth and baleful gigginox and i'm not sure if i can deal with them both in 50 min. Also after that comes 2 Brachidios urgent. I can deal with high rank Dios in 10 minutes with Great Inceadeus but it's G rank and there are 2 of them... i'm afraid i run out of time ;( | |

| I'm pretty sure double monster quests have monsters with less health, regardless of rank. I usually deal with high rank Brachy a little slower than you do, and the G rank urgent took me about 30 minutes. | |

Volvidon armor is a good set to use against barioth, so if you are losing against him it's probably your tactics that are giving you a problem. Try something with a shield if you can't dodge well and get hit alot and see how that works out.

You need to have your ship at max level (normally seeing 3 options for Fishing and 3 options for Treasure). Then, randomly, the captain will say "We've made an upgrade. We can travel somewhere new!" or something like that. You'll see 4 options then for Fishing and 4 options for Treasure. Pirate's Tomb is the 4th Treasure option. - Edsain wrote:

Exquisite Meat: do the event quest "Wyvern Eggs." Poison Glands: No such thing. If you mean Poison Sac, G. Wroggi and Gigginox.

| I can't believe I am at what might be the very end of the Village quests and now I am stuck.
I beat the last of the five-star quests last night, and then went to bed.
I forgot what to do and/or where to go afterward.
The Guild representative has the first five tiers of quests checked off, and no further quests are available.
Please remind me of where I need to go (possibly to face Lagi again or Ceda for the first time?)

| Ok here is my question. something happen visualy to wyvern fire on gunlance? last i saw it was a huge long lazor beam. i saw in MH3U its like a blue sparkle and a bang? how can you tell you did full damage from that? i saw a graph thing that showed its damage based on how much of the "lazor" version did but how can you tell with a blue sparkle and a bang?
Also is wyvern fire changed at all threw what kind of gunlance you have? like longshot and wide shot? i have this as what i have googled so far for understanding the shell types.
Normal: 5 shots, but lowest damage of the 3 types. Full Burst (slam the GL and shoot all shells) is stronger than the other 2
Long: 3 shots, longer reach and stronger than Normal. best Wyvern Fire damage
Spread: 2 shots, great damage. Full Burst is terrible, but Charged Shots get a 45% damage boost

| I am about to go after Uragaan.
I just read on the wiki board that he eats rocks to recharge.
Does this mean a good or great way to prepare to fight him would be to mine every rock that I can mine until it disappears?
Or does he eat just any old rock?

| He eats a giant boulder in area 4 to build up stamina when exhausted; it's just a boulder, not a mineable node. | |

I am happy to tell you that you are nowhere near the end of the village, of course the quest won't unlock if you hadnt done the Moga request were junior asks for the materials to build a base camp to fight the ceadeus. or... go to the farm and go all the way inside the waterfall, there is a cave there with a statue and a mask, just click A on the mask, somthing should happen
