I actually got to the point of going on a Jhen run...

remembered one of mine last night, first time running around Moga Island i had a giggi latch on to me, didn't know how to dislodge it so it ended up killing me

I remember asking my friend "Armor skills aren't really important, are they? I mean, it's resistances that make the difference!" /no/

Messing up the a and b buttons on the controller and learning how to use the chat on the Classic Controller.

Noobest thing I ever did: I was doing Jhen Mohran for the first time, after a couple of minutes of fighting I decided to explore the ship. Saw a button, thought "Is this what I think it is?" ... And pressed it.

HAHAHA, I did the same thing x3 but they didnt notice untill we needed to use it and they blame someone else xP

I've done that a few times, used Jhen weapons at the wrong time. Had someone left a hunt because I used the gong a second too early. /sad/ now I just stick to using the ballista or cannon to attack. Still feel like a noob when I go on any Jhen run. At least last time I helped bust a horn via bounce bombs

well you're probably better off just swinging away at jhenny crag anyways. Like really, 2 guys with a decent dragon wep/high attack wep can kill it without needing to gong, ballista, or use the ammos. That's what I do, at least & it never's failed me yet.

very 1st ala, my urgent. hunting with my best friend & a few randomies. Mid battle, I place a shock trap. My friend's laughing her butt off all " XD what are you doing silly? you have a better chance of trapping me than ala lol "

there is that cross thingy when you have traps on ala hunt, you cant set them

Ok next time im on I'm testing that cuz I know I've seen traps set before. One of my sisters friends still does it with pitfalls & jhen/ala when hes just trolling around, I know I'm not crazy (...ish)

Can't be set unless they are modders. The game naturaly doesn't allow those items to be set.

Also keep this thread on topic not a full blown conversation if traps can or can't be set in specific areas.


On topic: My innability to remember to eat or even bring hot or cold drinks 90% of the time often leaves me wonder how I made it to three hundred three times and four hundred twice.

Trying to poison Jhen with a gun /yes/ I was with 3 dudes, I didn't understand their language but later I found out what jajajaja means :-)
Also using flash bombs on Giggi :-) I was thinking (why is he not blind yet)... turns out he already was...poor giggi /versad/
