Eugh... Hunted 139 guild quest apex deviljho with 2 other people.

And we finally killed him! Hurray! As reward, here is my +5 fastcharge+7 health and +5 staminaO sage talismans. >_< Also trying to get extracts is sometimes a major pain.

I didnt know joe can pin with his tail tho. He defies logic now too. :/

But I did get wyverinator rare10 sword with purple sharp, over 1,4k attack power, 720 ice awaken element, 20 affinity and +4 prayer. Not bad I guess, too bad I dont use greatswords.

Now onto try and see if we can handle the apex of the apex joe at 140level. Oh and pesky velocidrome lol.

Edit: managed to get 1440 raw, purple sharp, 630 ice element, 30 affinity +6 avarice GS later on, along with 1023 raw LS 240 poison, small purple, 40 affinity +5 defence +3 nimbleness.

I ran a High Rank expedition killing 5 enemies, and got a Lvl 48 Rajang + Kirin Guild Quest (Weapon: Sword & Shield/Dual Blades, Armor: Freedom Series F (Head)). Scary.

...I can't seem to get a Longsword Guild Quest...

Ran into a hacker last night, with the White Fatalis charge blade...called him on it. First he tried to convince me it was legit and he transferred it from Japanese version, then he claimed he paid extra on his game or some service to do so...I love when hackers try to lie their way out of a situation when caught, it's endless fun.

We won't be seeing it for months. Otherwise the pros like Gaijin / Melf / Iceman would have gladly put their other files into 4U also to save time and MONEY (especially in Gaijins case with having to import a US 3ds with capture card installed and the game).

Hackers are always fun to see because they are so stupid as hell.

Trying to "level up" my Kirin Guild quest so I can have High rank Kirin Materials. (At least that is how i understand this to work)

Kirin is just annoying though. And with the Brach Armor... I is crazy how often it is raged, and thus all my weapons bounce off most of it. Sheesh.

Remember that you have to be the proper HR level to accept the quest once it levels up.

Journal: Soloed up to Damaladur(s). What an interesting encounter. Will try to learn it... Hit Paws, Climb, hit Face, Fall, Hit Face, Fall to Camp, Get Bombs and place on body, Rinse, repeat... o, and dodge world ending beam! :-P

I remeber, I didnt even try to start until i hit HR4 so I could keep going. I go the quest from 8 to 30 last night.


A few hours Later:

So i got it to lv 31. It is now a High rank Guild quest.

HR4 is not enough to go on High rank guild quests...You know i checked the wiki and did not find any info on what is required to go on what for guild quests. This whole guild quest/expedition thing is getting really annoying really fast.

SO I had two grypceros dancing the entire mission, i tried to capture them at the same time here. I completly forgot they are immune to shock traps Do'H!



So I got a Mystery charm from Hunter for Hire. It didnt appraise and is now in my inventory. This happen to anyone else.


I take it i have to carry it with me on a mission to get it appraised.  Just wierd.

Yup, that's happened to me before too. Might be a little weird, but pretty logical if you think about it.

Yeah, I came across a person running the full White Fatalis armor. Adding to the "Hackers are stupid" fact, that person wasn't even using a talisman and hadn't bothered gemming anything in. 8 points in Expert wasted because they didn't gem it in...

And of course, they fainted. A fair bit too. And to high rank monsters what's more.

Been farming a Basarios quest lately (GS and LS bias). Got it to level 116 yesterday so my brother and I did a couple times. Got it to level 122, but we'll leave it there for now. Once we do it again, we won't be able to do it till we have the G special permit. We are both currently G2, so we don't want to speed through the G quests just for that.
Instead we'll just mine and triple cart and try to get the Champion relic hear that way.

I managed to get a LS from that quest (Rare 9) that has 960 raw damage when upgraded, plus a lot of white sharpness with Sharpness +1. Has 330 Thunder Element or so, has 10 aff.. And best of all, it does Edgemaster +5.

I'll be farming the quest today for a helm that, I hope, will do Edgemaster +5 as well. That way I can have the other 4 armor pieces + my talisman to get other skills.

EDIT - It also has a purple glow, which is pretty cool too.

I'm currently stuck on Dalamadur, the HR7 Urgent.

Passing time running unfinished quests and working on a cute Egg Transport outfit.

I had to kill 3 Purple Gypceros to get 1 P.Gypceros Wing to make a gem...

Now to kill Kut-Ku for their Auricles and Gravios for their Carapace to make a new Torso Up legging for the set to replace the ugly Tetsucabra legs...

Apparently our finnish hunter groups have also run into this white fatalis/crimsom gx fatalis set hacker. Not sure bout the name tho.

Also, been farming apex 140lv joe for weps now for quite a bit. Our 4 man cell is fairly strong now against him and we can reliably get it done without carts, most of the time, in 10-15mins. Moxie helps if you mess up once or twice, but sometimes its a bit a pain when he goes apex, drive isnt ready yet and my extracts just ran out, meaning no extracts for me. Fastest has been below 10minutes on veloci+joe. Still waiting on my 1,7k raw damage gs and 1k longsword tho and I am forever salty for my hearing+8 guard up +6 OOO talisman. ;_;

Did some other apex quests after growing bored and they simply stood no chance at all. Waiting on more lv140 apex monster guild quests I guess. :p

Finally beat Dalamadur. Got a Gem, too.

I think that I won through dumb luck. At one point, I was on his back, hacking away at his back spikes. He started shaking me off, and I flew through the air, landing on his head. I got to carve his head twice, and then attack him until he got stunned, falling over. Then, I got to hit his face until his eye got scarred. That is a lot of damage in a short amount of time.

Seregios, stop giving me rares. It isn't even funny anymore.

I probably should have gotten the Hero's Bow, but sns is my favorite weapon class...

Getting into Bow, getting better at HH!

Used a Loading+7 tali to give my freshly-made full Kushala X set Load Up, and a Jumping Jewel to increase Evade to +2. Made the Genie's Grimoire (status compatibility, and IT'S A FREAKING BOOK AND WAND), and making the Seregios Bow. Currently need two Diablos Hardhorns...oh boy.

Not really into when my armor becomes completely useless going from low->high rank. At least I can upgrade it to have the defense of like the lowest armors in high rank. Just an annoyance.

Just took down the Monoblos village urgent along with the Powderstone and Khezu key quests, more village grind ever since I took down Gogmazios a little while ago. Got a Pink Rathian, Seltas Queen, and capture a regular Rathian key quests to do before my Seregios urgent.

On the other hand, on my Bow save file, I just finished my Kirin armor to go with my Scylla Shredder... should start up Gathering Hall soon.

Update: Seregios down.

I tried running Ukanlos, but I barely managed to finish via subquest... I should have brought more healing-type items, and Honey. His swim attack is really hard to dodge...

I then spent some time running unfinished guild quests.

Can cross a bunch of monsters off of my hit list. ;D
